She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Wells and Frances Emiline Riley Wells; her husband Robert "Buck" Jones Montgomery, Sr.; and her siblings, Grace Roberts, Harvey Wells, Clarence Wells and Clara Saxer.

She is survived by: her daughter Lee Anne Miller (Rick); and her sisters, Eloise Brown (Buck) and Barbara Stearns.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heritage Baptist Church, 1849 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36106 in her memory.
