With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Walters (Gilbert) Davis of Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on February 23, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Julian Davis; her sister Joan Walters Mathison; and her parents, Wallace Darby and Erma Fort Walters of Troy. She is survived by: her children, Joanna Stockman (David) of Tallassee, AL, Carolynn Hilt (Bruce) of Navarre, FL and Tom Gilbert (Wendy) of Johns Creek, GA; and her husband John William Gilbert. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
