He is survived by: his children, Carl Smith, Cheryl Fountain (Clinton), Marilyn Williams (Quinton), Terrance Smith and Cynthia Duncan (Wayne). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of loving cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
