She was predeceased by: her parents, D. M. Brown and Lula Day Brown (James Perry Cobb); her son Douglas Perry Cobb; her daughters-in-law, Judy McBryde Cobb and Teresa Sides Cobb; and her grandson Austin Perry Cobb.

She is survived by: her son David Brackin Cobb; her grandson Samuel David Cobb (Joanie); and her great grandchildren, Samuel Brackin Cobb III, Maddox Elizabeth Cobb and Tyson James Cobb.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Whitfield Memorial United Methodist Church located at 2673 Fisk Road, Montgomery, Ala. 36111.
