She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Witcher and Jessie Allen Witcher. She is survived by: her husband Burt Baldwin; her children, Michael Scott Youngblood (Lesa) and Kelli Youngblood Smith; her grandchildren, Joshua Youngblood, Nicole Smith, Bailey Smith, Chandler Luckie and Austin Luckie; and her stepdaughters, Deborah Baldwin and Connie Luckie. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
