She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Angus Daer; her parents, Mattie Lee Clark Nelson and James Clarence Nelson; her daughters, Kay Daer Schwieger (Steve) of Hixson, TN and Cecelia Daer Terrell (Jimmy) of Pike Road, AL; her grandchildren, Shelley Walker Nelson (Allan) of Pike Road, AL, Sarah Schwieger Parker Signal (Eric), Julee Schwieger Casey (Rob) of Kingwood, TX, Matthew Terrell of Athens, GA and Mary Elizabeth Terrell of Pike Road, AL; and her great grandchildren, Mattie, Will, Hannah, Rachel Parker, Charlotte, Grayson and Camden Casey.
Due to Covid considerations, a family only graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 1:30 pm in Greenwood Cemetery preceded by a family visitation at 1:00 pm in Leak Memory Chapel.
