He is survived by: his mother Gayle Knutson; his brother Kevin Dickinson (Rhonda); his nephew Matthew Dickinson (Bree); his great-nieces, Selah and Janie Dickinson; his aunts, Jean Forgue of Winter Haven, Cynthia Mick of Bartow and Peggy Campbell of Greenville, Alabama; his cousins, Amanda Heitzenrater, Melanie Keener, Stephanie Campbell and Scotty Nichols; and his pet Thomas.
