He is survived by: his wife Gina Spencer; his children, Kayla Christian and Samuel Spencer; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Christian and Bayleigh Christian; his parents, Sam Spencer (Debra) and Barbara Bazzell Green (Bruce); and his siblings, Kathy Stewart (George), Anita Owens (Bubba), Sharon Kegley (Greg) and Mike Bazzell. He is also survived by husband, father and friend.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the ALS Association (ALSA.org).
