She is survived by: her husband Jerry Peavy; her stepdaughters, Amberly Peavy (Emma Moore) and Mallory Peavy (Jadon Harris); her brother Roger Kemp (Mollie); her niece Mary Margaret Moore (Zach); and her nephew David Kemp (Ashley).

In lieu of flowers, Regina would like any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to Children's Hospital of Alabama.
