He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Jess and Margaret Kramer Cutting. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Marie Cordial (David) and Patricia Lynn Crager (Kenneth); and his sisters, Evelyn Krogman, Kathy Petell and Donna Cutting. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
