He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Taylor, Beatrice Taylor, Earl Hayes and Grace Hayes. He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Hayes and David Hayes; his wife Donna Hayes; his children, Corey Hayes (MaryAshley) and Kayla Hayes; and his sister Donna Miller.
