He was predeceased by: his father Terrace "Terry" Hart; and his grandparents, Clyde "Dick" Hart, Betty Hart, Raliah Stemen and Sylvia Stemen.
He is survived by: his former wife Amy M Hart of Selma; his mother Vallie Stemen Hart of Lagrange; his siblings, Brian Hart of Angola and Tonya Hart of Harrisville; his son Lucas Hart; his stepson Jeremy Banet; and his grandchildren, Mason Hart, Eli Banet and Tinleigh Banet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
