He is survived by: his sister Francis Holmes; his wife Susan S Oliver; his children, Thomas W Oliver VI (Brandie), Millie Phillips (Kyle) and Mary Katherine Skipworth; and his grandchildren, Aniston, Oliver, Walker Skipworth, Isabella and Thomas W Oliver VII.
A graveside service will be held at Alabama Heritage Cemetery at 11:00 a. m., where all pandemic protocols will apply.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in his honor to the First United Methodist Church.
