He was predeceased by: his father Hans-Dieter Koch. He is survived by: his wife Jane Nina Koch; his children, Benjamin-Dieter Koch, Alanna Jessica Lucas and Joshua Patrick Koch; his mother Heidi Koch; and his sister Jessica Koch. He is also survived by six grand children.
