It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia C. Laxson (Morris, Alabama), who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Laxson, Jennifer Laxson Sanders and James E. Laxson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Shauna, Justin, Rachel, Rebekah and Leah; and her siblings, Frances McAlpine, Jirean Grant and Paul Mahaffey. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
