He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parent Marion Allen; his brother Jimmy Allen; his children, Lavina King (Glenn), Susan Allen Terry (Michael), Debbie Francis (Lee), Stephanie Rigsbee (Danny), Tiffany Charles, April Allen, Jamie Allen, Bobby Thomas Allen Jr (Tina) and David Todd Allen; his mother Mamie Pounders; his stepmother Nadine Jewel Allen; and his siblings, Billy Allen, David Allen, Fred Allen, Phil Craig, Katie Vandiver and Martha Allen Eads. He was also cherished by twenty three grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
