He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen McKelvey and Betty Lou McKelvey; and his sister Yvonne Ellis. He is survived by: his spouse Pat McKelvey; his children, Van McKelvey (Rita) and Felicia Willcut (Daniel); his grandchildren, Haley McKelvey, Erica McKelvey, Gage McKelvey, Peyton Morell, Clint King, Dakota King, Josh Willcut and Ashley King; and his great grandchild Brycelynn Sizemore. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great granddaughter.
