He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Horton and Mildred Parker Horton; his son Baby Horton; his grandson Anthony Johnson; his wife Deborah Horton; and his brothers, Gathel Horton and Billy Horton.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Johnson (Amber) and Madgie Harville (Micky); his grandchildren, Jackie Reed, Jennie Johnson, Maggie Smith (Spencer), Amy Reed, Christian Johnson and Maddie Crider (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Wrenley Reed, Arabella Smith, Gunner Crider and Hailzee Crider; and his siblings, Wanda Jean Cash, Joyce Nelson, Veranell Jones and Jerry Horton (Sherry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Union Hill Cemetery (60 Co Rd 119, Moulton, AL 35650).
