He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Long and Peggy Long; his grandparents, Crabel, Bera Long, Ruis and Virginia Stovall; and his uncles, Gene Long and Roland Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Kylyn Long, Knox Long and Rand Long; his half-sister Julianna Lawson; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Cunningham and Isaiah Lawson; and his aunts and uncles, Dyann Lentz, Kay Widner, Steve Stovall, Bill Stovall and Patricia Montgomery. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at 600 Co Rd 122, Moulton, AL 35650.
