He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cano Heflin; his children, Nicholas Moore, Anita Stutts and Brittnee Heflin; and his siblings, Wendell Heflin, Tommy Heflin, Jeff Heflin, Shelby Tidwell, Iola Vanderford and Sheila James. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
