She is survived by : her daughter Ashley Head; her siblings, Deborah Guy (Raymond), Melanie Holifield (Jerry) and Dale Wayne Smith (Rhonda); her stepdaughter Carla Turner (Bobby); and her friend Jeannie Weaver.
