She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Gene Dees; her father Cleburn Forman; her brother James Forman; her mother Alma Forman; her daughters, Jennifer Dees and Renee Tice (Butch); her grandchildren, Jeff Ulmer, Jamie Ulmer and Tory Tice; her close friends, Martha Self and Kathy Taylor; and her brother Randy Hughes.
Family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial be made to either the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
