She was predeceased by: her husband F. E. "Buster" Mitchell; her grandchildren, Wyatt Cole Mitchell, Emma Grace Mitchell and Jeremy Lee Mitchell; and her parents, C. P. Gurley and Hattie Gurley.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Mitchell, Jessica M. Parris, Jay Mitchell and Jamey Mitchell (Vicki); her sisters, Jenny Weldon, Bobbie Fuller (Ken) and Sissy Sanders (Don); and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Mitchell (Logan Blackwell), Mason Yates and Marlee Parris.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to be made to Children's Hospital in the name of Emma Grace Mitchell.
