He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Biggers and Otilla Biggers; and his siblings, Rebecca McNeese and Aaron Biggers. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Bentley Biggers; his children, Amy Moore (Josh) and Jeremy Garvis Biggers (Andrea); his grandchildren, Cadee, Allie Cagle, Kami and Bentley Biggers; and his siblings, Sharon Clegg, Polly Smith, Denise Skinner, Clovis Biggers and Mickey Biggers Mr.
