He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Biggers and Otilla Biggers; his daughter Jennifer Hope Norton; his granddaughter Jenna Lee Norton; and his siblings, Garvis, Aaron Biggers and Rebecca McNeese.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Biggers; his grandson Brady Norton; his siblings, Sharon Clegg (Rodney), Polly Smith (Sherril), Denise Skinner (Rodney) and Clovis Biggers; his brothers-in-law, Michael Benefield and Steve Benefield; and his mother-in-law Nellie Benefield.
