He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fisher; his sons, Sean Nelson Polk (Kim), James Paul Fisher (Heather), Billy Joel Fisher (Kim) and Shane David Polk (Veronica); his siblings, Claude Fisher (Susan), Gene Fisher (Tammy) and Joyce Coggins; his grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Johnathan, James, Marissa, Caelan, Zoie, Austin, Christian, Sophie, Sammie, Zachery, Zoe and Brendon; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Bella and Ben.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
