It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alice Alchus of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, born in Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Reed Mathews and Dot Mathews; her son Michael Duane McCalvin; and her sisters, Letha Brock, Virginia Croy and Mavis Pope.
She is survived by : her children, Christopher McCalvin (Atusko), Dianne Holton (Tim) and Cherri Hall. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
