He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Garner and Jimmy Garner. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Howard Perry Florence (Anthony) and Nicholas Key of Florence, Ala; his siblings, Vivian Montgomery (Bruce) of Leighton, Ala, Jada Garner of Leighton, Ala, Troy Sherrod of Tuscumbia, Ala, Leroy Mason Hartselle (Elizabeth) and Jarious Garner; his grandmother Queen Ester Ricks of Leighton, Ala; his aunts, Emma Warren, Selma, Cal, Betty Koger, Hattie Sanders, Henrietta Garner and Delia Ricks; his uncle Robert Ricks; his great-aunt Evelyn Neloms; and his close friends, Michael Allen, Steve Mastin and Willie West. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
