She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Lovett and Ottie Mae Lovett; her husband Albert Q. Jones; her son Gregory R. Hendrix; and her siblings, William Lovett, George Lovett, Cleo Middleton and Maxine Davenport.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Hendrix (Mary), Rita Tidwell (Terry), Brenda Pennington (Paul) and Tim Hendrix (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Michael, Sherry, Danny, Brandy, Amy and Jamie; and her brother James Oneal Lovett (Carolyn). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and one great- great- grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home - Double Springs (25714 AL-195, Double Springs, AL 35553). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
