He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Stevens and Hazel Hornsby Stevens; his former wife Angie Stevens; and his daughter Donna Stevens Parker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stevens of New Brockton; his daughter Cheri Mertins (Mike) of Pensacola, Florida; his stepdaughter Leanne Ramsey (Mike) of Margaret, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Matt, Lindsey, Justin (Taylor), Tyler (Asheleigh), Heather, Jennifer (Brian) and Todd. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
