He is survived by: his wife Diane Bloodsworth; his son Anthony Lee Bloodsworth (Angel); his grandson Tyler Bloodsworth (Cassidi); his great grandchildren, Jaxyn Whitley and Dean Bloodsworth; his granddaughters, Kayleigh, Addison and Mackenzie; his sisters, Martha Frausto (Oscar) and Dot Cochran (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Doris Sipper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
