He was predeceased by : his parents, R. R. Pope and Faye Galbreath Pope; and his brothers, Jimmy and Buddy Pope. He is survived by : his wife Janet Burks Pope; his children, Rickey Neal Pope Jr. (Dawn) and Andrea Pope Shannon (Michael); his grandchildren, Rush Hill Shannon and Exie Faye Shannon; and his brothers, Steve Pope (Dawn), Rudy Pope and Roger Estes (Charlene).
