He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Reaves (Roscoe) of Jacksonville, Sandra Tolbert (Terry) of Ohatchee and Roy Bellerose (Misty) of Wellington; his grandchildren, Mindy, Megan, Brandon, Little Terry, Faith and Lauryn; and his siblings, Mary Jane, Mary Anne, Rita and Steve.
