With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam P. Stewart of Ohatchee, Alabama, who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Stewart and Ruby Stewart; his wife Joyce Stewart; and his siblings, Virginia Rodriguez, Mary Cornette, Mae Maloney, Frances Buckley, Joan Terry, Roy Stewart, Lacey Stewart and Dwight Stewart.

He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Nance (Danny); his grandchildren, Justin Nance (Lara), Colby Nance and Caitlin Nance; and his sisters, Dorothy Andrews and Cora Adamson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions the service will be limited to immediate family.
