He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lee and Helen Hoggatt Bolen. He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Harvelle (Ray) of Arkansas and Brenda Bates (J. T.) of Oneonta; his aunt Margaret Holmgren of Montana; and his uncle James Scott of Arkansas.
