He was predeceased by: his parents, George Evan of Oneonta and Chloe Blakely Dailey of Oneonta. He is survived by: his wife Vella Baswell Dailey; his daughter Amy Dailey Pope; his son-in-law Jeff Pope; his son Russ Everett Dailey; his daughter-in-law Melanie Popejoy Dailey; his sister Evelyn Dailey Green (Marvin); his brother-in-law Jerry Baswell (Brenda England Baswell); and his grandsons, Russell Steven Pope and Jared Blakely Pope. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of choice.
