He is survived by: his wife Madglyn McCay of Locust Fork; his children, Betty Jean Shelton (Mickie) of Locust Fork, Pearley Collier (Marvin) of Hayden and James McCay Jr. of Locust Fork; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Smithey, Jr. (Kristina Schaefer) and Alicia Mitchell; and his siblings, Clyde Fred McCay, Virginia Frances Thomas and Emma South. He is also survived by five step grandchildren; six great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren.
