He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Self and Virginia Grantham; and his sister Sandra Willis. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Carol Moore Self; his children, Doug Self (Shay), Mark Self, Kevin Self (Flanice) and Stephanie Martin (Steve); and his sister Helen Alverson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, many friends and other family members.
