She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Williams and Ruby Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Smith; and her son-in-law Jeff Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Garden Hills Cemetery (1218 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). Betty and her husband, Kenny Noble, were members of First Baptist Church of Opelika for many years before his passing and her move to Columbus after the Covid pandemic.
