He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Carmack; his daughters, Tammy Crickard (Patrick), Angie Carmack Lett, Jeannie Karabasz (John) and Susan Thongrivong (Dit); his stepson Brian Simpkins; and his siblings, Donnie Carmack, Gary Carmack, Lanny Carmack and Aretta Carmack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
