As we bid Leo Ira Louie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Leo Ira Louie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Arthur Bruce Brewer. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Brewer Taylor, Leo Ira Louie Brewer, Jr. and William David Brewer (Connie) of Angel's Antique. He is also survived by six grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Frederick-Dean Funeral Home & Crematory (1801 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801).
