She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Clegg and Jewel Clegg; and her in-law Nellie Mae Smallwood. She is survived by: her husband William Smallwood (Jerry); and her children, Kimberly S. Clark (Robbie), Kristi S. Robinson and Keith Smallwood (Candy Hawkins). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, & eighteen great grandchildren.
