She was predeceased by : her husband Rodger Lamar Hornsby, Sr.. She is survived by : her sons, Roger (Leslie) and Richard (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Laura Gordon, Jacob Hornsby (Kristen), April Jordan (Jeremy), Derek Douglas (Elizabeth), Mitchell Hornsby and Jonathan Hornsby.
