He was predeceased by : his parents, James Virgil Stowe, Sr. and Juanita Roberts Stowe; and his sister Linda Carol Stowe. He is survived by : his wife Wilanne Stowe; his children, Elizabeth Stowe, Jennifer Stowe of Mobile and James Stowe, III (Leah) of Birmingham; and his grandson James Stowe, IV.
