He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Cameron Moore and Lula Mae Patterson Moore; and his former life partner Wanda Hope Moore. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Taylor Moore; his children, Sheila Harris (Carl), Amanda Barnes, Mark Moore (Joy) and Neil Moore (Jennifer); his sister Linda Osburn; and his children, Esther Ballard (Norman) and Kadie Ponton. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of other nieces, nephews and friends.
