With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty McKeller Childree of Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on July 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Aubrey McKeller and Odie Lou Evans McKeller; her husband William Edgar Childree; and her grandson Ryan Keith Harbuck. She is survived by: her children, Randy Childree (Kay), Ronnie Childree (Ramona), Elizabeth Childree of Ozark, Laura Grimes (David) of Ozark and Brenda Childree Harbuck of Ozark; her sister Becky Shiner of Pennsylvania; and her grandchildren, Crissy Everett (DJ), Dustin Childree, Nickie Childree, Amber Grimes, Miranda Grider, Blake Childree Krey Grimes (Kimberly), Whitney Welch (Ryan) and Taylor Chadwick (Josh).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home (995 S Union Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Salem Baptist Church, 3336 County Road 23, Ariton, Alabama 36311.
