He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Richard Bruce Gowan; his wife Xan Harper; his son Robert R. Gowan of Ozark; his mother Rosina J. Gowan; his brother Kevin R. Gowan (Lisa); his stepdaughters, Marina Harper and Brittany Harper; and his grandchildren, Jordyn, Karmyn, Ivy, Elizabeth and Elijah.
