She is survived by: her children, John Milton Stephens II and Katrina Lynn Stephens of Ozark, AL; and her grandchildren, Michael Tyler Stephens (Traci) of Willard, MO, John Milton Stephens III of La Vernia, TX and Nicollette Anna Stephens of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; one sister.
