She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Curry Spivey and Delphine Johnson Spivey. She is survived by: her son Adam D.; her daughter-in-law Crystal Segars; her siblings, Catherine Bass (Steve) of Abbeville and Darrell Spivey (Peggy) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Hanna Segars and Hunter Segars; and her siblings' children, Dawn Blalock (Chris), Karen Barefoot (Rusty) and Matthew Spivey.
