He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora L. Ramsey and Julius Hector Doggit. He is survived by: his wife Donna Nolan Ramsey; his daughters, Dawn Nolan Davidson and Ashanti Byers; his aunt Voncile Ramsey Cossell; and his cousin Tanya Jackson. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
